The Experience

Before the Retreat:
- One private session with Dana to prepare you to receive your highest and best experience of the retreat
- One group call to get to know your co-participants and answer any questions
- Meditations for your travel to Costa Rica
In Costa Rica:
- Have shuttle transportation provided from the airport to the retreat center
- Settle in with some restorative yoga, meditation, and opening circle
- Daily yoga meditation and breathwork
- 3 Sacred Ceremonies, inlcuding breathwork, sound healing, and cacao circle
- Costa Rica Adventure time - hike to a local waterfall, visit a cacao farm, walks along the beach, zip line, and so much more
After the Retreat:
- Shuttle to the airport from the retreat center
- Meditations for the plane ride home
- Group call to support the integration of your experience as you return to daily life

Selva Armonia is located in prime view of the whale tail along the southern Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We will have the retreat center to ourselves. A nature-immersive experience with no hustle and bustle of a tourist town.

Nature, ocean, waves, monkeys, and tucans will be your soundscape for 7 days. This immersion in nature allows your nervous and energetic system to relax and unwind. And rest really is a strategy to elevate - expect to emerge with deepened clarity, wisdom, perspective and vava-voom for all areas of your life.

It is my ardent desire that each and every one of you cultivate a rich connection to your inner knowing. Seven days in a retreat setting allows us to sink into a deeper and deeper connection with our own essence in a way we aren’t able to in day-to-day life. This retreat will give you the opportunity to explore and deepen your personal practice of connecting with your inner knowing. Whether that be yoga, meditation, sound, or breathwork, we will provide ample time for you to develop your personal practice to carry back with you.

The first step in owning your own energy and embodying your gifts is KNOWING and FEELING your own energy. This retreat will fully support you in experiencing more of your authentic self.

Location

Selva Armonia is an immersive jungle resort providing an eco-luxury experience woven into ocean views and permaculture gardens. A perfect synergy between cutting-edge design, technology, and natural building.
Selva Armonia is located on a mountain ridge overlooking the Southern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica with views of the famous whale tail. This retreat center is surrounded by waterfalls, monkeys, and tropical birds and offers you the healing properties of the rainforest ecosystem.
The property has an amazing yoga shala, stunning views, a pool and hot tub, cozy community areas, and a range of room accommodations.
We will have the whole retreat center to ourselves. The schedule, meals, and activities are 100% for our retreat.
The Food

As always the food in Costa Rica is always a highlight! Selva Armoria offers farm-to-table meals. They pride themselves in serving healthy, locally sourced meals that not only nourish our guests and satisfy the senses but also maintain alignment with Selva's permaculture practices.
The cuisine is organic with as much sustainably grown, seasonal fresh food straight from their own farm. They also source from local organic farmers. The meal plan is completely vegan and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have the option to add in eggs.
The all-inclusive offer includes all-you-can-drink smoothies and elixirs. Amazing! I am looking forward to experiencing the elixirs.
It is a perfect way to reset your whole body and being with amazing radiant and alive food consciously grown and prepared!

Nestled at the top of the property, the two-story Deluxe Bali Villas offers a secluded haven. Enjoy the gentle sounds of nature from your private terrace while you gaze across the lush tropical jungles leading to the Pacific Ocean.
Each two-story villa is equipped with AC, one king bed, two single beds, a private bathtub, a living room area, and a private ocean-view balcony.

Bungalow Suites

Relax and unwind in the unique Bungalow Suites. Each suite has been designed and decorated to reflect the perfect balance of sustainability and luxury. Enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the lush Costa Rican mountains.
