My first yoga retreat was a major turning point in my practice. Workshops, retreats and intensives allow you to give yourself the permission to completely relax, listen to your body, deepen your personal practice and be stress-free. Whether you have been practicing for a long time or you are still new to yoga, breathwork or meditation, a retreat allows you to experience the ancient benefits of these practices in a calm and controlled setting - so you can really let go.

My workshops and retreats go one step further to personalize your experience so you can make leaps and bounds in your practice, giving you opportunities to break old habits that may be holding you back. I work with each person to ensure this is a meaningful and expansive journey by working with you to set an intention for the session and support your desired experience.

I have led day-long intention setting workshops; numerous weekend long breathing workshops; weekend retreats in Sedona (Cultivating your Inner Compass and Intuition); and a week-long yoga, meditation and wellness retreat in Costa Rica.

My online workshops come in bite-sized videos to help you cultivate a deeper meditation practice, get back to basics and build the foundation for your yoga practice and develop the tools to reconnect with our emotions in a healthy way through breathwork.

Meditation Calm, Energetic and Focused

I teach meditation designed to maintain the health of your bioenergetic field to be more calm, more energetic and more focused. Through the power of loving awareness and attention to intense states in body and heart, my meditations will gently ease you into a state of blissfully deep relaxation. I will work with you to cultivate techniques that work best for your needs, body and lifestyle.

Beginner Series Yoga Solid Foundation of Yoga Poses

I lead an 8-part course geared towards people who are just beginning their yoga practice. I focus on the major categories of poses and how the body moves in each session. These classes are a great refresher for experienced students and create a solid foundation for newer students as well.

Introduction to Breathwork Ease, Peace and Presence

Breathwork is an empowering tool to learn how your system operates. Learning to use your breath is a powerful tool to help you have more ease, peace and presence in your life. Join me for an afternoon workshop designed to give you a beginning foundation in your own breath practice. We will learn how breath works on your emotional and energetic bodies, and how to use breath as tool in your life for dealing with anxiety and emotional overwhelm. You will also integrate breath into your daily life to support balance.
