As your meditation guide I will help you find daily practices that build upon what is naturally your process for finding inner ease. I will introduce you to different tried and true techniques so you can develop a practice that works with your mental, emotional and physical uniqueness as well as the needs of your lifestyle. 

My guided meditations help you find a calm and peaceful state, one step at a time. I work with you to explore how to transform the difficult emotions that arise in daily life and bring through the power of loving awareness to these intense states in body and heart.

These meditations will gently ease you into a state of blissfully deep relaxation and I will work with you to cultivate techniques that work best for your needs, body and lifestyle.
