In every session I compassionately support you identifying where and how you stepped away from your authentic self and gently guide you back to your center and own energy.
My empathetic approach helps you to develop and define your authentic leadership skills and style. I am particularly supportive and skillful in cultivating feminine based leadership styles and championing women in my work.

What does a typical program look like?
The program is fully customizable to meet the needs of each client. The program consists of ten 1-hour sessions with personal work to be completed between the sessions. Sessions can be done each week or every other week.
Assessment and Discovery
Session 1
In our first session together we will identify where you are successful, areas of desired growth and what is hindering your personal success. We will work on specific goals for our 10 weeks together.
Learning, Practice, Refinement
Sessions 2-7
Over these four sessions, we will examine significant areas of growth, and apply appropriate techniques from the tool kit to unlock the growth potential.
Evaluation
Session 8
We will look at where we are in meeting your goals, what tools are working, what aren’t and what adjustments need to be made.
Refinement
Session 9
How can we refine and enhance the tools that are working for you? What needs to be clarified?
Vision for the Future
Session 10
Now that you have an enhanced skill set, what are your new visions and goals? What areas would you like to expand or apply your leadership abilities?
Develop Your Tool kit:
Clients will finish the ten sessions with a robust tool kit to enhance
their personal leadership style, relationship dynamics and mental wellbeing.
Typical techniques you’ll learn include:
Meditation
Over the course of 10 weeks you will be introduced to at least 4 different types of mediation. We will work together to cultivate a consistent meditation practice that works for your lifestyle, mental activity level and agreed upon goals.
Effective Reflection
Ask the Right Questions: You will learn new reflection techniques that will help them ask the right questions to resolve internal and external conflict.
Breath as a Tool
We will explore how to use the breath to relieve anxiety as well as decrease reactionary behavior and promote responsive behavior.

It’s nice to meet you.
I believe that harmony within ourselves gives us the capacity to create a more harmonious life.
My passion for being a present and supportive guide for others as they find their own path comes from a lifelong journey of health, wellbeing and personal growth.
I began my yoga practice while studying at Bryn Mawr College before moving to New York and London, where yoga helped to keep me grounded after long days at the Goldman Sachs.
Later on, I took my practice to U.C. Berkeley where I earned an MBA from the Haas School of Business, and subsequently helped to start a variety of socially-conscious companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
When I moved back to Houston, I found that people really needed tools like the ones I had learned through yoga and socially-conscious work to live more balanced and healthy lives.
With my training and experience in breathwork facilitation, biofield tuning, Jivamukti yoga, Reiki, crystal bowls, and more I was able to share complementary tools in the healing arts to facilitate profound and lasting transformations.
This led me to found Bayou Bliss Yoga, an intimate center known for its small group yoga classes and its impactful workshops and trainings on meditation, energy work, yoga and personal development. My private practice mainly consists of one-on-one sessions with company founders, entrepreneurs, and other professionals.
My previous corporate career gives me a unique perspective on the challenges we face day to day, and how elusive a sense of wholeness and harmony can be. My coaching practice is largely dedicated to working directly with C-Suite clients and small, high-performing teams to help them access their authentic voice and leadership style.
I am particularly dedicated to helping women lead authentically, from their intuition and the divine feminine. My wish is for everyone to fine a deeper connection to their higher selves, so that they may fully express who they are—and what they are meant to do.
